Catering - Standard Menu Service The prices quoted are for buffet service. Adam’s Ribs provides serving tables and coverings, all We can arrange for tents, tables and chairs, linens, and other supplies or services for your event. Service charges may apply on small catering jobs. Special presentations and additional services are available for an additional charge. We know that your event is very special to you, and that you want everything to be just right! Adam’s We Want Your Special Occasion To Be Special! Catering Menus All BBQ, pit beef, and mixed grill menus are served with cole slaw, BBQ’d baked beans, pasta salad, and rolls with butter or margarine. We serve for up to two hours (except for lunch and dinner menus for all-day events). Prices shown are per person, and a 6% sales tax must be added, unless the customer is a tax-exempt organization.
